What is V3?

Team V3 is one of the leading premier modern MILSIM airsoft teams in the United States and is based in South Florida with members residing now in both Florida and Texas. The team V3 or V3 FIRE TEAM was officially formed in Miami, Florida in 2007 and is a highly trained and motivated group of former U.S. Military, Foriegn Military and military enthusiasts organized for the purpose of engaging in Live Action Role Playing Military Simulation Airsoft scenarios on local, state and national levels.

We typically refer to ourselves as "V3" and our primary focus is on military type scenarios designed around current military operations throughout the present day world. Our objective is to make the overall event look & feel realistic while maintaining our former career training skills and physical condition in a couch stricken society. Any role we may find ourselves filling, be it "Red" or "Blue" force we are a formidable well supplied opposition and our team is available for professional military/law enforcement OPFOR training upon request and open to large scale event dedicated OPFOR.

Our current official team uniform pattern is "Multicam", but we utilize multiple uniform patterns including PMC (Private Military Contractor), O.D. Green, Desert, Woodland, and various other  loadouts depending on the role we may be filling at any given time. We use state of the art wireless communications and stock a wide range of airsoft replicas in our arsenal that we can bring to bear against any opposition or tailor to any scenario event.

Every team member knows each others strengths and abilities and we fill in the roles and pick up the slack if any as needed. Unlike the typical paramilitary organization, we do not utilize a rank structure and instead have mutual respect for one another. However, WOLFPACK has taken on the role as the team commander and as such he is our representative to speak on the teams behalf concerning team operations and participation in airsoft events. His duties entail acting as the team's official liaison with event organizers, obtaining mission briefings, planning team missions with relevant participants and relate the necessary information back to the team with our orders at the appropriate time. I'd like to say he earns his pay, if we actually paid him.

We are nearly as much a social organization as an airsoft group that spend our free time and sometimes not so free time together on and off the field. Team members spend time enjoying a range of other activities outside of airsoft that often include our spouses and more then a few of us spend time on the couch late into the night playing COD on XBOX Live. Those damn couches again!
